Joshua has over 20 years of experience in software and technology. Before joining TmaxSoft, he was a vice president with Hewlett-Packard (HP), where he responsible for leading the business enablement function which was a core component to the enterprise and software sales and services growth of the company. During his tenure at HP, Joshua was also selected to participate in the executive key talent program. Joshua joined HP in 2006 through the acquisition of Mercury Interactive, where he held various executive positions for over 10 years. While at Mercury, he developed sales, customer, and partner programs that helped the company growth from $40 million to close to $1 billion in revenue. Joshua received his bachelor’s degree in computer science with a concentration in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Paul Bobak

Paul Bobak Vice President of Technical Field Services

Paul has more than 25 years of IT and ISV senior management experience. At TmaxSoft, he has responsibility for pre- and post-sales support and services. Paul has a diverse mainframe, distributed and SOA technology background, along with in-depth experience growing and managing teams in diverse, multi-platform enterprise-wide environments. He has consistently taken a consultative approach to solving client business challenges, while strategically aligning technology to support clients’ business objectives. Paul also has a successful track record for hiring, motivating and retaining performance-driven teams, and building a culture of doing what’s needed to ensure customer success. His leadership experience includes senior management roles at Legent, Candle, ORACLE, TIBCO and Netezza. Paul holds two degrees in computer science.

Kimberly Kaminski
Vice President of Marketing

Kimberly brings more than 25 years of technology marketing experience to TmaxSoft.  She has led global marketing teams at Infogix, Vision Solutions, and Emerson Network Power.  Earlier, Kimberly had an 11-year tenure with CA Technologies, where she was a vice president in field marketing. The scope of Kimberly’s experience covers all facets of modern marketing: Brand management; product marketing and portfolio management; digital marketing; demand and lead generation; media and analyst relations; partner marketing; and sales and partner enablement. Kimberly is passionate about aligning Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Product to grow customer relationships and revenue. She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising from Northern Illinois University.

Eunjoo Ha
Director of Technical Services

EunJoo Ha

Eunjoo joined TmaxSoft in 2005 as a Project Manager, and was promoted to Global Consulting Manager before assuming her current role as Director of Technical Services.  She was also awarded Best Global Engineer distinction in 2011.  Eunjoo has a diverse background in mainframe and JAVA programming. Prior to joining TmaxSoft, she held technical positions at EDS and INSWAVE, a provider of insurance industry solutions.  Eunjoo has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Sangmyung University in Seoul, Korea..

Paul Bengtson

Paul is the U.S. Sales leader for TmaxSoft. He is a top performing executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and technology, including big data, analytics, ERP, and Cloud/Saas offerings. Paul joined TmaxSoft from EFI, where he was Sales Director for the company’s ERP solutions. Prior to EFI, Paul was VP of North America Sales for Radius Solutions. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Artwork System and Ace Hardware Corporation. Paul holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Benedictine University, and a BBA in MIS from the University of Iowa.
