TmaxSoft, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CMC Global, a leading ICT services provider in Vietnam. This strategic partnership, under the “Korea–Vietnam Digital Innovation Project,” aims to strengthen cooperation and jointly promote digital transformation initiatives to drive sustainable growth in both countries.

The signing ceremony was held at TmaxSoft Tower in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, with the attendance of Hyongyong Lee, CEO of TmaxSoft; Ho Thanh Tung, President of CMC Global and Senior Vice Executive President of CMC Corporation; and key executives from both companies. The two organizations committed to a strategic alliance focused on enhancing digital innovation in Korea and Vietnam by sharing technological expertise, business networks, and industry know-how.

Through this agreement, TmaxSoft and CMC Global will establish a comprehensive cooperation framework to drive joint projects and foster mutual growth. Plans include exploring new market opportunities through joint marketing and business development programs, as well as collaborating in technology, software development, testing, and IT operations services.

Given the surging demand for digital infrastructure and software to support national growth in both countries, the partnership is expected to create significant new opportunities for both companies.

CMC Global, with over 32 years in the ICT industry, is a market leader in Vietnam’s software solutions and services sector. In 2023, the company launched CMC Korea to deliver high-quality Vietnamese IT services to the Korean market.

TmaxSoft is actively targeting the rapidly growing Southeast Asian digital transformation market where demand for cloud-optimized middleware, frameworks, and interface solutions is on the rise—and sees the partnership as a way to strengthen its position in Vietnam while proactively addressing local market needs.
