• Technical integration of TmaxSoft’s WAS products with Webearsoft’s automated SSL/TLS certificate management solution

TmaxSoft, an enterprise software company, today announced a partnership with Webearsoft, an API management and security specialist, to expand their business in web and application servers and automated SSL/TLS certificate management.

The companies recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at TmaxSoft Tower in Seongnam, South Korea. Under the agreement, they plan to integrate TmaxSoft’s JEUS web application server and WebtoB web server with CertBear, Webearsoft’s SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management solution, and develop new joint business models.

As certificate management cycles shorten, demand is growing for automation across the SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, from issuance and renewal to deployment and ongoing management. SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) certificates help authenticate websites and servers and enable encrypted communications between websites and users.

The partnership will combine TmaxSoft’s server software, which supports security, stability and connectivity between operating systems and applications in large-scale environments, with CertBear’s certificate management automation capabilities. The companies expect this combination to create ongoing business opportunities.

TmaxSoft and Webearsoft plan to expand their reach in financial services, the public sector and enterprise markets while promoting the adoption of Korean-developed software. Their collaboration will include joint sales activities, business proposals, marketing and seminars.
